How do 40-item full pocket orders work?
With Order+, you can select up to 40 items in a single request (or a full villager in boxes). Our automated OrderBot prepares your items on its island and generates a private Dodo Code on your dashboard. Fly to the bot's island via Dodo Airlines, pick up your 40 items laid out by the airport, and fly back home!
Can I cancel or pause my monthly subscription anytime?
Yes! If you choose the monthly recurring tier ($9.99/mo), you have 100% control over your subscription through your Ko-fi account dashboard. You can cancel or modify your monthly recurring plan at any time with no lock-in contracts or cancellation fees. (Note: The Daily Pass, Weekly Pass, and 1-Year Pass are one-time payments that never auto-renew).
What happens if my monthly recurring payment fails? Is there a grace period?
GenACNH operates with strict zero grace periods. If a monthly recurring payment fails on Ko-fi or is cancelled, your Order+ VIP privileges (including 40-item full pocket orders and priority queue access) end immediately once your paid billing cycle reaches its expiration timestamp. Your account seamlessly reverts to the Standard Resident free tier until a successful renewal is processed.
